| A Review of Little People Toys |

A child’s imagination starts to develop during the pre-school stage. I
observed my toddler’s imagination grow during this period. She received
two Little people toys from her godparents during her first birthday
party and she really had so much fun with them.
I was apprehensive with
them at first because one made loud animal noises. But I was relieved
after seeing my darling enjoy them so much. The Little People
characters are perfect for toddlers because their size makes them safe
and easy to play with. Any parent would find all of the Little People
character’s cute and lovable.
By her second year my toddler has added the pet store, the garage, ark, zoo and castle to her growing Little People toys collection. My husband and I have such a wonderful time playing with these wonderful toys with her because it really stimulates her imagination.
O baths occur without at least two of them joining all the fun. Seeing her having a wonderful time pretending to swim with the toys makes me realizes how wonderful it is to be a parent.
Eve though we lost a few characters to our playful dog, the remaining Little People have maintained a wonderful aura in our household. They have now increased in such a number that we had problems in finding space to spread them out during playtime.
We tried to store them in an extra bedroom but my daughter has no plans to be away from them. And so they have now practically invaded my livingroom. Although putting them away at the end of the day can be bothersome, their presence doesn’t seem to bother me at all.
A co-worker of mine commented that the label Little People may be offensive to the little people in the world. She found them scattered all-over the house when she dropped by one day and seemed aghast when she heard the toy’s brand name. Being unaccustomed to children she probably wouldn’t be able to relate with them and understand their impact on the development of a child’s imagination.
There was nothing I could do but ignore her protest. I’m sure that the brand name wasn’t meant to offend anyone. Besides one look at those cute and adorable Little People toys will melt any parent’s heart and make them forget the noises and the cleaning up to be done afterwards.
